How can I get a refund?
We’ll be really sorry to see you go, but if you want to cancel your meal plan you can apply for a refund within 14 days. What does my plan include?
Your meal plan is prepared based on your answers to the questionnaire. You will get a list of recipes to follow a keto diet for the whole 21 days. If you click on the recipes, you will find the instructions on how to prepare meals and all the macro information. Additionally, you will get our guide, where you can find all the necessary information on the keto diet.

Do I get a digital or physical version of my plan?
You will get a 21 days keto diet meal plan in a digital form. You can access your meal plan online from your computer or phone. We do not send any physical meal plans.

What do I do if I didn't receive my plan?
This is a very rare error; however, if you don’t receive your plan within two hours, please check your SPAM box. Sometimes the email with the link to a plan ends up there. If you can’t find it there, please email us on and we will email you the link to your meal plan.

Can I print my meal plan?
There is no need to print your meal plan as our website is screen responsive (adapts on any screen with a very user-friendly interface) and it can be accessed from your smartphone.

Can I see a sample before purchasing the 21 days ketodiet4me meal plan?
Yes, you can see a snippet of the meal plan before buying it. The snippet is present at the bottom of your summary page after the questionnaire is filled out.

What is a keto diet?
A ketogenic diet is a very low-carb diet that encourages the body to get its energy from burning body fat which produces an energy source known as ketones. The diet aims to reduce the body's insulin demand that affects people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.

What is ketosis?
Ketosis is a normal metabolic process, something your body does to keep working. When it doesn't have enough carbohydrates from food for your cells to burn for energy, it burns fat instead. As part of this process, it makes ketones.

How long does it take to get into ketosis?
It will take a few days or weeks to feel your absolute best on keto. It is possible that you may experience symptoms of carbohydrate withdrawal at first, but once you become fat-adapted, you'll find that you won't crave carbs as much anymore.

Is a keto diet safe?
A keto diet is usually very safe. However, in the following three situations you may need extra preparation or consultation with your doctor:

  • Are you on medication for diabetes (e.g., insulin)?
  • Are you on medication for high blood pressure?
  • Are you breastfeeding?

If you’re not in one of these situations, you’ll likely do fine on a keto diet, without needing any special modifications.
However, if you're aware of any physical health problems, then special consideration should be made when planning to start a keto diet.

How fast will I be losing weight on a keto diet?
Everyone’s body is different, which means the weight loss rate for each person is different too. For example, someone with a slow metabolism and a lot of fat tissue who doesn’t exercise enough will take longer to see weight loss compared to someone with a normal metabolism who’s slightly overweight and starts exercising four to five times a week along with doing keto. Typically, in the first week of the keto diet people see a very quick drop in weight—anywhere from a few pounds to as much as ten! That’s because, at first, keto makes your body release a lot of water weight (not fat) due to your lower carb intake.

What should I drink on a keto diet?
